To merge infusions, specific criteria must be met. First, ensure you selected the correct primary infusion. If it is correct, any infusions you want to merge with it must be within an 18-month timeframe, have the same drug, and have no more than +/- 10% change in the dose.
Also, the patient’s weight at the time of the infusion must be within 5 kg of the weight when the primary infusion was selected.
